Our Properties

A row of 5 townhouse apartments. Each apartment is spacious on 2 floors with varying number of bedrooms and bathrooms. They all share a large 5m x 15m swimming pool with a shallow end. Starting in the summer of 2025, our guests at Pod. Ferranino will be invited to enjoy breakfast at the Villa Ferrano.

Podere Le Coppiole is our agriturismo. There are three individual houses that all share one breathtaking infinite edge swimming pool overlooking the rural tuscan landscape.

Fornacina is a completely new house, designed in the traditional tuscan style of big beamed ceilings. The light filled house includes a fireplace, a large sunny terrace, and a swimming pool, shared with one other unit. The house comfortably sleeps 4 adults with two (2) bedrooms with queen beds, however another bed can be added for a child. There are 3 full baths, 2 ensuite and one with laundry. Starting in the summer of 2025, our guests at Pod. Fornacina will be invited to enjoy breakfast at the Villa Ferrano.

The Podere Fornace was originally the brick-making building, built to produce the bricks for the villa and other buildings on the estate. It sleeps (4) people in two master suites with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with both a shower and a luxurious tub. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen. A large stone terrace is located immediately outside for dining and lounging. A "great room" includes an open kitchen and living-dining areas under a high beamed ceiling. There is a short walk to a shared swimming pool (shared with one other villa, Pod. Fornacina). There is plenty of parking, easy to access from the main road. Starting in the summer of 2025, our guests at Pod. Fornace will be invited to enjoy breakfast at the Villa Ferrano.

Villa Ferrano is the main estate house of Ville Ferrano. It is made of soon to open grand apartments with tall ceilings and art deco "Liberty" style wall decorations that dates back over 120 years. It is the perfect backdrop to any special event and can be rented for weddings or parties. The villa boasts enchantingly landscaped multi-level gardens, a spacious swimming pool, and picturesque terraces that offer breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. On the main level, there is an event space, equipped with a beautiful Steinway grand piano and perfect acoustics. Please contact us if interested in staying in this historic building.
