The Podere Fornace was originally the brick-making building, built to produce the bricks for the villa and other buildings on the estate. It sleeps (4) people in two master suites with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with both a shower and a luxurious tub. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen. A large stone terrace is located immediately outside for dining and lounging. A "great room" includes an open kitchen and living-dining areas under a high beamed ceiling. There is a short walk to a shared swimming pool (shared with one other villa, Pod. Fornacina). There is plenty of parking, easy to access from the main road.
