Ferranino

Alberti is a light-filled apartment, conveniently located near the main parking area. There are three bedrooms and two baths, one with a bathtub. It includes a spacious outdoor patio with a dining area and a separate sitting area under a vine covered pergola.

The largest of all five apartments, Brunelleschi is perfect for a group gathering of friends and family. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite) and a fourth on the ground floor. A large travertine table allows for many meals to be enjoyed “al fresco”

Cimabue has a large outdoor patio with a travertine table and a separate sitting area. Inside, there is a comfortable living room, kitchen and dining areas. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

Duccio is our coziest apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. It includes all of the amenities of the other apartments and has one very special feature: a terrace overlook on the upper floor off of the master bedroom. Guests enjoy sipping on a glass of wine while taking in the extraordinary view.

Fra Angelico is the most light filled of the apartments, with windows on both the south and west side of the apartment on both floors. This 2 bedroom apartment has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a tub. This apartment is perfect for a small group who likes being near the swimming pool. Many guests enjoy sitting in the casual beach chairs under the trees reading a book.
